What is your role at NexGen?
I am currently a Senior Account and Sales Executive.
How long have you worked with us?
I have been working with NexGen for 3 years and 4 months!
What do you like most about your role?
When I joined NexGen, I had very little experience. Over time, I discovered the dynamic profile an Accounts role offered with a plethora of experience and knowledge. I’ve had moments where I was confused, but Bhavi, our Account Coordinator, was always there to help guide me through it. I was later given the opportunity to explore the Field of Sales. I enjoyed it as soon as I started. Receiving great results, I came out with strong relations with our clientele while handling all of their accounts. In the end, I came out stronger in Sales and Accounts!
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Two of our managers always gave me the best advice...
Bhavi: "Be cool and never come under pressure. Learn, explore the opportunity, and never be afraid of new things."
Miguel: "Keep polishing your communication skills then learn, learn, and learn. Then, learn some more."
What is your personal mantra or motto?
"Always be excited to face new challenges."

Max's performance today is always better than yesterday’s. He’s a quick learner and is committed to the work he provides NexGen, the team, and our customers.
What is your role at NexGen?
I am one of NexGen's Senior Sales Officers.
How long have you worked with us?
I started my journey with NexGen back in June of 2018.
What is your proudest moment at NexGen?
During our annual meeting in India, 2019, there was an announcement for Employee of the Year. Our team started chanting my name, "Max! Max! Max!" This was a very proud moment for me. Later, my good friend and great co-worker, Kaden Ross, also earned Employee of the Year!
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
I would choose the power to heal the Earth. Mother Earth is at its peak of human destruction. I think it's a long way until we are capable of settling on other planets, so I would choose to heal the ozone layer to save our rivers, mountains, and nature.
Where was your favorite place you've traveled to and why?
I had visited a sea-beach a few months ago called Malvan in Maharashtra, India. This place has its own historical and mythological roots. It was also awarded the "Blue Flag", which is the world's most widely recognized award for beaches and marinas. I love visiting historic and natural places. Out of all the places I've visited, Malvan is the best for positivity and relaxation.
